International Range Officer Association Level 1 Seminar

由澳門IPSC總會主辦，澳門特別行政區政府體育局贊助的「本地裁判員培訓班及國際裁判員（IROA）研習班」已圓滿結束。活動特邀Matthew Lee（新加坡區域總監）及Eugene Lee擔任講師，通過理論教學、實操演練及案例分析，深化學員對IPSC賽事規則、安全規範及執裁技巧的掌握。

本次培訓匯聚港澳兩地射手及裁判員，促進專業交流，為澳門IPSC發展注入動力。感謝國際IPSC總會、國際裁判員協會（IROA)及兩位講師及全體參與者的支持！未來將持續推動賽事專業化，共創更多國際級活動。

The "International Range Officer Association (IROA) - Range Officers Seminar" organized by the IPSC Macau, has successfully concluded. The event invited International Range Officers from the IROA Academy, Mr Matthew Lee (Regional Director of IPSC Singapore) and Mr Eugene Lee, as instructors. Through theoretical instruction, case studies and hands-on practices, participants deepened their understanding of the latest IPSC competition rules, safety protocols, and refereeing techniques.

This seminar brought together shooters and range officers from Macau and Hong Kong, fostering professional exchange and injecting momentum into the development of IPSC in Macau. We extend our gratitude to IPSC Academy, both instructors, and all participants for their support! Moving forward, we will continue advancing the professionalization of competition and collaboration to create more quality international level events.
